Magura National Park

Magura National Park is a protected area located in the southeastern border region of Poland, near Slovakia, spanning the boundary between the Subcarpathian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships. Established in 1995, the park encompasses approximately 194 square kilometers of the upper Wisłoka river basin and covers the heart of the Beskid Niski, one of Poland's lowest Carpathian mountain ranges. The park takes its name from the Magura Wątkowska massif, whose highest peak Wątkowa reaches 847 meters above sea level.
