Kgaswane Mountain Reserve

Kgaswane Mountain Reserve is a South African nature reserve of roughly 53 square kilometres, set on the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg within the Magaliesberg Biosphere Reserve. It lies just a few kilometres south-west of Rustenburg in North West Province and is managed by the North West Parks and Tourism Board. The reserve protects a mosaic of mountain veld, grassland, mixed woodland, scrub, and pockets of fynbos on terrain shaped by the ancient Magaliesberg range.
