Leiverbachtal und Talhänge is a nature reserve (Naturschutzgebiet) in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, set within the low mountain landscape of the Oberbergischer Kreis. It lies north of the town of Hückeswagen, following the course of the Leiverbach and its tributary valleys through a typical Mittelgebirg valley in the Bergisches Land region. The reserve protects roughly 92 hectares of near-natural stream, floodplain, wet grassland, and slope forest. Its ecological value comes from the combination of a gravelly, meandering brook with diverse flow conditions, species-rich moist meadows, and mature deciduous and mixed forests on the surrounding slopes. Designated under the German nature conservation framework and registered as IUCN Category IV, the area functions mainly as a habitat and species management zone.
