Mae Wong National Park is a protected natural area in western Thailand, spanning portions of Nakhon Sawan Province and Kamphaeng Phet Province. Established in 1987 as the 54th national park in Thailand, the park encompasses approximately 894 square kilometres of rugged mountain terrain within the Dawna Range, one of the highest mountain systems in the country. The park's terrain is characterized by steep ridges, deep valleys, and cascading waterfalls, with its highest point at Khao Mo Ko Chu reaching 1,964 metres above sea level. Three major river systems drain the park, with the Mae Wong River serving as the primary watercourse.
