Marmaris National Park

Marmaris National Park is a protected coastal wilderness area situated along the southwestern coast of Turkey in Muğla Province, encompassing the scenic region between the towns of Marmaris and Köyceğiz. The region carries deep historical significance as ancient Caria, with archaeological sites including the ancient cities of Amos and Physcus featuring Hellenistic-era fortifications and a well-preserved Roman amphitheatre.
