Phu Toei National Park

Phu Toei National Park is a protected wilderness area in central Thailand, established in 1998 as the 85th national park in the country. Located in Dan Chang District of Suphan Buri Province, the park encompasses approximately 317 square kilometres of complex mountain terrain along the provincial boundaries with Kanchanaburi and Uthai Thani. The park is centered around Khao Thevada, also known as Angel Mountain, which rises to 1,123 metres above sea level as the highest peak in Suphan Buri Province. This mountain forms part of a critical watershed area, giving rise to several important streams that flow into the Khao Bua Kratum Lom reservoir. Phu Toei stands out for its relatively untouched natural state, containing one of the few remaining natural pine forests in central Thailand, and remains one of Thailand's least visited national parks, offering a罕见 escape into wilderness for those who seek it.
