Yozgat Pine Grove National Park

Yozgat Pine Grove National Park is Turkey's first national park, established on February 5, 1958, and remains a significant protected area in Central Anatolia. The park features ancient pine trees, some estimated to be between 350 and 500 years old, representing a species that botanists have identified as having no close relatives anywhere except in the higher elevations of the Caucasus Mountains.
